Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in Dublin City Centre office

Daily rate: Market Rates

As a Solution Architect, you will design cutting-edge solutions and set the technology direction for clients.

Your Role

• Design & Innovate: Understand business needs and apply technology to solve problems.

• Set the Direction: Define strategic technology roadmaps for clients and teams.

• Lead: Oversee technical design and delivery for projects.

• Plan: Develop and support implementation plans for successful project execution.

• Develop Blueprints: Create architectural designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.

• Inspire & Collaborate: Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to practice development.

• Business Development: Support sales and presales efforts by shaping and estimating solutions.

• Manage & Mentor: Guide team members in career development and performance management.

Requirements

• Strong software architecture experience and solution patterns.

• Broad technical knowledge (software, data, infrastructure, security).

• Experience with Azure or AWS, front-end frameworks (React/Angular), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Expertise in integration patterns (API-led, event streaming), Java/.NET frameworks, and data management.

• Knowledge of cloud adoption frameworks, security best practices, and operations management.

• Stakeholder management, solution proposals, and formal architecture certifications (TOGAF, etc.).
